Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with
    tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns & Exchanges

International orders are final sale. If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with clear photos.
